Every garment is crafted with care in the USA.

Charlotte Amelia garments are made in small batches in the United States, with every step guided by care, precision, and shared values. Our manufacturing partner also runs a community sewing workshop, where she teaches others how to sew and create intentionally.

No fabric is wasted. Smaller scraps are cut and used as pillow stuffing for the workshop, while larger remnants are saved. Charlotte Amelia will soon repurpose those into headbands, continuing our commitment to reducing waste through thoughtful design.

We choose partners not for convenience, but for alignment in values. Every garment is cut and sewn with purpose, supporting a slower, more intentional way of creating clothing that respects both people and process.

Hidden Chemicals in Clothing

How Synthetic Fabric may Affect Your Hormonal Health

Being mindful of your clothing's fabric content is essential for both personal health and environmental sustainability. Synthetic materials like polyester, and nylon often contain chemicals that can act as endocrine disruptors. These substances interfere with hormonal functions, potentially leading to reproductive issues, metabolic disorders, and other health problems.
