We hope you love your purchase from Charlotte Amelia. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Submit a Request
Visit our contact portal or email us at info@charlotteamelia.com . Provide your order number and ZIP Code, along with any relevant details about your return or exchange.
2. Shipping Your Return Items
After submitting your request, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your items back to us. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, as received. It will be inspected before the return is processed. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product. Please note that any applicable duties or customs fees for international orders will also be the customers responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@charlotteamelia.com so we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’re exchanging for a different size, color, or style, let us know in your request.
Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship out your replacement at no additional cost to you (though any duties or customs fees for international orders remain your responsibility).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As with our standard return policy, your item must be in its original condition - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding shipping charges) within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Additional Information
Processing Time: We aim to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your items. You’ll receive an email notification once your return or exchange is complete.
International Returns: For orders shipped outside the U.S., you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any duties, customs fees, or import taxes are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund if the items are returned.
