When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way, along with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

 

What about pre-orders?
For pre-order items, please note that shipping takes longer. Pre-orders typically require 3–4 weeks to complete after the item is made. Once your pre-order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
All orders ship from our U.S. facility. Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged upon delivery or deducted from refunds in the event of a return.

What if I place multiple orders on the same day?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@charlotteamelia.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.


When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, while international orders may take 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services. If you need your items sooner, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.


What if my package is lost or stolen?
We recommend using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us so we can assist if possible.
